Microsoft Teams’ calendar features have been fully upgraded, and the new version of the calendar is deeply integrated with Outlook, bringing a new look and features. Practical features such as delegated access, printing support, extended calendar settings, and multi-time zone support have been migrated from Outlook to Teams. This update aims to unify the calendar experience of Teams and Outlook, providing users with more convenient and efficient schedule management.

A highlight of the new calendar is the support for Copilot and Places, which means features like managing bookings are now available directly in Teams calendars. In addition, the working status display and Places card are also available in Teams calendar with this update. The new version of the calendar also provides a variety of view modes.
